"On those days when you want dim sum, but the idea of driving to the SGV during rush hour isn’t palatable, go to Ixlb. Everything here, from har gow to shumai, is homemade daily (though they sadly don’t serve chicken feet). Translucent har gow have bouncy skin and plump shrimp, while the egg tarts have a nice, flaky crust.
