"We’ve always thought that cheese fries could use an upgrade, and were never sure if anybody else felt the same way. But then we found K.O. Burger, a takeout window in Chinatown, which smothers its cheese fries in slightly spicy chipotle mayo and crispy onions—and we knew we weren't alone. This lightly boxing-themed smashburger spot does a single-patty Knockout Burger for $7 (double for $9), which comes on a squishy potato bun, with american cheese, onions, mustard, pickles, and a punchy special sauce with pickled jalapeños. The priciest burgers are $13, and they’re all saucy enough to not need additional condiments. But with eight total sauces on the menu, you might as well sample the jalapeño ranch or honey mustard with some crinkle cut fries. " - Willa Moore
