Kinjo - Review - DUMBO - New York - The Infatuation

"Kinjo, a stylish-looking space in Dumbo, has an 11-course omakase for $95. That’s served at their 13-seat counter, but they’ve got a separate bar area as well, with a menu of small plates, like snow crab dip with kettle chips. You can also order some sushi a la carte. Highballs with things like jasmine and shiso top the cocktail list, which also has Japanese twists on classics—like an espresso martini with miso, and a Negroni with yuzu. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
