Partly because we’re really into alliteration, but mostly because places like Roka prove that it’s perfectly possible to have a right laugh over dinner. This modern Japanese restaurant on Charlotte Street serves a whole lot of sushi, tempura, and robata skewers, but it’s the atmosphere that really sells it.
