Cha Cha Chá has taken over the formerBeaker & Grayspace. Now, it’s less burgers and old fashions, and more carnitas and mezcal. The most exciting dishes on the menu live in the crudo section, including a smoky aguachile negro we shamelessly slurped. Cha Cha Chá stands out in the laundry list of Wynwood openings, and not just because it isn’t Italian. Their seafood dishes are punchy, spicy, and the uncluttered space works great for a date or drinks and oysters with friends at the bar.
