You could have a lime-zested banana miso iced latte alongside a quality grilled cheese. Or wine at 8am. Or sit down to a half-hour heart-to-heart. Or answer some emails in the mahogany cellar-like dining room. And while you don’t need to be a wine person to enjoy a glass here, the nerdiness is in full force for those who care. That picpoul lip-stinger exploding with raw pear and salinity will be served in paper-thin stemware, chilled to the appropriate temperature (read: not ice-cold), and pairs equally well with light laptop work as it does with not giving a sh*t.
