"Boston Chops in Downtown Crossing is the type of dark steakhouse where you feel like you should be wearing pinstripes and lighting up cigars smuggled in from Cuba. It’s the second location of a restaurant that started in the South End, but there are a few minor differences between the two, starting with the fact that this one is open for lunch and has a pretty good burger on the menu. Other than that, you’ll find good (and pricey steaks), along with a selection of sweetbreads, tripe, and other parts of cows that don’t get eaten much but are fun if you’re into it." - Dan Secatore
