"Yak N Yeti, a mostly takeout spot in a strip mall, is one of two Nepalese restaurants in Cedar Park, which is particularly good news for anyone who likes their meals on the spicy side. Sadheko momo—tender Nepalese dumplings filled with chicken or vegetables, bathed in a tomato-based sauce with a heavy dose of heat, and garnished with ginger, garlic, and cilantro—is essential for the heat junkies out there, and the paneer cheese tossed in chili sauce also deserves a spot on your table.
