In what looks like a half-renovated loft where the party started before the paint dried, dim red light and the glow of fat candles bounce off metal shelves, and guests look like they came from a photo shoot in a hardware store. On the menu are bar snacks that are good enough to turn a quick drink into an all-night hang—think crispy bread, creamy stracciatella, and vegetable dishes with ingredients sourced from the local market.
