"Just a block away from the 16th Street Mission BART station is our go-to for giant falafel and shawarma wraps. The structural integrity of lavash gets tested with every one of these tahini-lathered roll-ups stuffed with onions, tomato, thinly shaved slices of chicken, lamb, or fried orbs of chickpeas. Our favorite is the Deluxe, which comes with all the fixings plus potatoes and chunks of eggplant that have been bathing in meat drippings. For a lavash-less deconstructed version, try the plates (only slightly less messy to eat). Seating is limited with a few indoor stools and a couple outdoor tables. We suggest asking for extra napkins and eating on the go." - ricky rodriguez, patrick wong, julia chen 1
