"If you’re going to people watch (this is Paris), Partisan is where to do so over a good cup of coffee. This minimalist, see-and-be-seen coffee shop with LA vibes is not the place to just run in for an espresso or matcha latte to go, so come dressed in your Yankees fitted cap and fur coat to blend in with the rest of the impeccably dressed locals.
