Follow them up with either the lamb kofta grain bowl, which hits every note–spiced lamb, savory saffron rice, sweet apricots, and creamy hummus–or the turmeric chicken wrap, loaded with juicy shawarma-spiced chicken, pickles, and garlicky toum.
