"Most weekend nights on South Street are fueled by PBR and Jim Beam, drag shows, jukeboxes, and late-night hoagies. Luckily, the mornings aren’t. Instead, you can go recharge at Little Spoon. Rather than a bouncer checking your ID at the door, you’ll be met by a friendly host who will let you know that it might be a while. They don’t take reservations, only have seating for about 20 people, and it’s one of the more popular AM spots in the area . Between the salvaged furniture and decorations, it feels a bit like you’re having breakfast in someone’s living room, but with way better food and no need to feel guilty about not doing your dishes. The menu’s full of sweet and savory options, including both lemon ricotta and cheddar chive pancakes. And if you’re looking for a nice spot to bring a breakfast date that offers orange juice and Bloody Mary mix for you to BYOB, you can’t do much better than this place." - Jordan Price
