"Locale on Hanover does two things really well: pizza and beer. And since those happen to be two of the greatest things humanity has ever produced, it’s doing alright for itself. This is is a small place on Hanover, but because it’s far down towards the harbor, most of the tourists stay away, giving it more of a neighborhood feel.
