"Kinfolx is a rare late-night coffee destination in Uptown Oakland that’s designed to keep you around for a while. By day, the perpetually packed cafe is the place to order an espresso drink made with Mother Tongue Coffee, sit at one of the many tables, and fuss with a laptop spreadsheet for hours. They dim the lights in the evening, morphing this place into a wine bar where you can unwind with by-the-glass or bottle pét-nats and bubbles until closing (8 or 11pm on weekdays).
