"There’s a new rooftop restaurant at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills that translates to “the wave” in Spanish, which is kind of fitting for a spot by the pool. The seafood-heavy menu includes shrimp aguachile, octopus chicharron, aged kanpachi, and tacos with swordfish al pastor. To drink, expect pool-friendly beverages, such as clarified strawberry daiquiris, spiked horchata, and margaritas garnished with sea asparagus.
