"There are themed restaurants, and then there’s Space 220. You’ll board a space elevator to take you 220 miles above Earth to reach the dining room, lined with giant windows that give you a glimpse into the cosmos. Meals are prix fixe—two courses at lunch, three at dinner—with dishes that lean into the vibe.
