"Tryzub’s decorative touches like old framed photos, walls with painted plaza scenes, and shelves of knickknacks and books give this Ukrainian Village restaurant tons of charm. It’s perfect for a fun group meal—especially once a mini ferris wheel full of shots infused with flavors like sour cherry or horseradish makes it to dinner. They have tasty Ukrainian dishes like borscht, salo, and stuffed cabbage, but the best thing on the menu is the varenyky party platter. This plate of 16 varenyky comes with four types ranging from standard potato, to a rich sauerkraut and mushroom. And when paired with the aforementioned shots, sharing these dumplings definitely turns into a party." - John Ringor
