"Sitting right at the front of the park, Today Cafe is one of the most convenient places to eat in Universal. Whether you raced out of the hotel without having breakfast or are in dire need of a late-night snack before heading back to your room, the sheer convenience of the location makes it a must. Their menu is sandwich-centric and a lot of items can be customized for  dietary restrictions, like gluten sensitivities.
