"Apparently, the 4 “B”s at 4Bs stands for “Ballard’s best billiards and brews.” And they’re not wrong—this huge dive on Leary Way is a Disneyland for night owls. There are multiple pool tables, arcade games, and a vast repertoire of fried snacks made until 12am by someone who actually knows what they’re doing around hot oil.
