"Tucked a few streets behind the river in the City Centre, down one of the few roads in Bath that doesn’t look quite ready for its period drama close-up, this charming Vietnamese spot is a poorly kept local’s secret. But eating here still gives us the giddy feeling of stumbling on an ‘if you know you know’ find.
