Plan on warming up your vocal cords before you eat, since you’ll need to compete with other diners who are so close you could sneak a bite off their plates. While you’re in close quarters, take a cue from your neighbors and load up your table with a creamy slab of ube crème brûlée french toast and a truffle mushroom scramble that you can smell long before it’s arrived at your table.
