"Habesha is home to some of the fluffiest injera in town, and that alone makes this Ethiopian spot near I-35 and 290 worth a visit. There’s also a nearly infinite number of chicken, beef, lamb, fish, and vegetable dishes that can be mixed and matched into a combination platter, making it a great place for repeat visits. Well, unless you find yourself ordering crispy sambusas and savory chicken tibs over and over like we do. Come with a few friends and get the veggie/meat combo, with extra injera to soak it all up. There’s also a small selection of Ethiopian beers and honey wines that go especially well with the tibs." - Nicolai McCrary
