"This Bird Road brewery is free-spirited and a little weird, which is exactly why we love it. It’s a great spot to hang out by a barrel table and chat with fellow beer connoisseurs over citrusy IPAs. And there’s always something fun going on too—live performances by local musicians like Carlos Escanilla, karaoke on Wednesdays, and comedy nights on Thursdays. Murals of giant snakes and Dali-esque elephant/zebras cover these walls while a giant skeleton watches the brewhouse floor. The only thing crazier than the decor is how good their beers taste.
