"Okiboru in Sandy Springs isn’t your average fast-casual ramen spot. The LA-based chain is serving bar-setting ramen—the noodles are velvety with a subtle bounce. And the broth, particularly in the tori paitan, is so rich it could rent a mansion in Mount Vernon. Okioboru also offers tsukemen (dipping ramen). Get the excellent paitan tsukemen, which has a thicker, almost gravy-like broth with heartier noodles. The dining room is lowkey and full of business lunchers who use this place as a quiet escape to eat unbothered." - juli horsford, jacinta howard
