Hidden in the back of a rustic shopping center north of downtown, this minuscule shop focuses on sourcing and sustainability for all its beans. The menu is broken into different roast levels, with details on their partnerships with various coffee farms in regions that span from Vietnam to Tanzania. You can certainly order a cup and be on your way, but if you have time to spare, opt for the immersively geeky 75-minute coffee tasting.
