"Steak Arepa I’m refreshing our guide to Miami pop-ups this week, so I stopped by J Wakefield (the unofficial home of the Miami pop-up) to try a new one: The Maiz Project. They’re outside Wakefield on Thursdays, cooking up some stellar arepas. My favorite was the steak, which came covered in a delicious chimichurri.
