"“It’s a few minutes from the Spanish steps, but it’s tucked away and a lot of locals go there. They were featured in the Michelin guide, and the ingredients are prime, both in the pasta and the types of cheeses. Their carbonara is very good and their desserts are incredible. It is a little bit more refined and it’s not your typical trattoria—a little glam. But you’ll see all the locals there.
