"Levien Cafe is a Vietnamese shop in Little Saigon where you can get salted and egg foam coffees, pink guava and fruity iced teas, or standard smoothies. Or you can stop in for a quick lunch of cold cut bahn mí and wings, or shaved ice and milk tea for a towering dessert (they close at 7pm).
