"Sure, this purple- and yellow-painted corner spot is steeped in history dating back to 1975. But it’s also steeped in mediocrity. Essentially, you’re here to eat stadium-level stuff without any of the actual fun that accompanies a trip to T-Mobile Park. Burgers are dry and bland, and oily onion rings shed shards of batter like a molting snake. The only real saving grace is the fish and chips, which holds its own on a menu full of yawns. Food Rundown photo credit: Nate Watters Cheeseburger You see how dry that is, right? photo credit: Nate Watters Onion Rings Nobody's ordering onion rings for the sole purpose of eating an entire Walla Walla sweet in one sitting. And yet, that's what happens here when the thin, flavorless batter flakes off when you pick up a ring. Enjoy your big fat onion, we guess. photo credit: Nate Watters Fish & Chips Not bad, Kidd Valley. Not bad. Not great, either—but definitely not bad. The fish is moist, flaky, and tastes nice with a swipe of tartar." - Aimee Rizzo
