This casual spot from the people behind Yellow Cow in Gardena specializes in Pyeongyang-style naengmyun, or buckwheat noodles, served in an icy broth. They offer set combos where the cold noodles are paired with bulgogi, galbi, or mung bean pancakes, and if you want more meat, there’s pork and beef cuts you can cook on tabletop grills.
