Sally’s Sandwiches

Sandwich shop · South End

"Sally’s Sandwiches on the South End shares a space with Blackbird Donuts, which means that you can get both an excellent bacon, egg, and cheese and some of Boston’s best donuts in the same place. For the sandwiches, it’s all about the Gallows, which has the breakfast dream team (eggs fried to order, tender thick-cut bacon, melty american cheese), along with mashed avocado and a crispy hash brown. The two spots have even joined forces to do a breakfast sandwich that comes on a griddled vanilla glazed donut. They’re usually busy early in the morning, so we always stop by around 10am on weekdays when it’s a bit quieter." - Lala Thaddeus
