"Hidden below an apartment building in Pinehurst, there’s a coffee shop roasting Costa Rican beans in a miniscule space, and the result just works. Giddy Sloth is worth a visit if only for their tapa dulce latte, loaded with enough panela-infused syrup to sweeten stiff espresso without making it taste like a sack of sugar cubes to the face.
