"The dream collab we’ve been waiting for since March is finally here: Salvadoran pop-up Popoca and Tacos Oscar are teaming up for one night only on Tuesday, May 4th. The menu features a braised short rib taco, black bean tamales, and, of course, Popoca’s cheesy pupusas with green garlic and a griddled jack cheese skirt.
