"Fantomas is a new Chelsea spot from the team behind Lita. It has a prime position on the King's Road and serves modern European dishes with some Asian influences—think crispy veal sweetbreads with bulgogi. The monochromatic Instagram page and website aren't giving much away at the moment, but we're predicting a Lita-effect bookings frenzy.
