"Wynwood is the epicenter of the whole Italian trend, and Otto & Pepe is the most fun of the bunch. It calls itself a “pasta bar” in an attempt to differentiate itself from the million other similar restaurants that opened in the last six months. But all you need to know is that they make all of their pasta from scratch, from the stuffed cannelloni to some very good orecchiette alla norma with thumb-sized dough scoops that catch thick tomato sauce and fried eggplant. Order that dish at the long bar, or lounge on the patio furniture in the courtyard and split some charcuterie and wine off the outdoor menu. (No pasta outside.)
