"CaPhe.In sits at the bottom of an apartment complex near UT, its façade blending in among the dozen other buildings the coffee shop shares a garage with. What stands out is the steady line of students and weekend coffee seekers that occasionally spills onto the sidewalk. The inside isn’t much more of a draw—concrete floors, bare walls, a couple of plants, and an oversized mirror that makes the small space feel a little bigger—but the drinks certainly are. Einspänner lattes, ube coconut matchas, and beverages topped with brûléed bananas and sugar might sound like kitschy social media bait, but they’re surprisingly good and worth whatever short wait you encounter.
