NYC’s New Restaurant Openings - New York - The Infatuation

"Is Midtown back? Who knows. But a few big-time chefs are betting on it, and betting big. Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Jonathan Benno have teamed up for Four Twenty Five, which has the square footage of three basketball courts, spread over two floors on Park Avenue and 56th. There’s a dramatically high-ceilinged cocktail bar and lounge downstairs for walk-ins, with a more intimate dining room suspended above it, where you can make a reservation. An open kitchen sends out seasonal dishes like celeriac francese and steamed bass with winter mushrooms." - Will Hartman, Willa Moore
