"This is Dallas’s only Korean-Japanese tasting menu, but it’s not the novelty that makes it great. The $95 prix-fixe dinner at this zen restaurant is a highlight reel of big flavors and clean presentations. We love the hwe dupbap, which pairs seven pieces of fresh raw fish with the chewy, crunchy textural buffet of the accompanying vegetable-topped rice bowl. And the cooling wagyu carpaccio, which offsets the fatty beef with bright pickled daikon and mushrooms. If you’d rather go a la carte, you can and should still get standouts like the hwe dupbap, but there’s also assorted nigiri and crispy Korean fried chicken bathed in a soy-garlic glaze." - Kevin Gray
