"Okiboru is a fast-casual ramen chain from L.A. with multiple locations in Georgia, including this Sandy Springs spot. This isn’t your average fast-casual joint. The noodles taste fresh and have a silky and springy texture to them. The broth, particularly in the Tori Paitan, is so rich you can imagine it simmering for days. Their tsukemen—chewy noodles dipped into a well-seasoned broth—is also delicious, thick, hearty, and a perfect order on days when you just want something comforting. This is the kind of spot to kick back during lunch because it’s never too busy or rowdy.
