"Chang’s Garden is a Chinese spot in the San Gabriel Valley, with lots of large tables that will mostly be occupied by couples meeting up after work and big families eating dinner. The portions are massive, and we’d recommend getting the pork steamed in lotus leaf and the fish fried in seaweed batter.
