"If you want a Bushwacker with a view, head to Shipwreck Cove, a cute little bar perched on the north end of Percy Priest Lake. This version keeps things simple with an amiable combination of white rum, coffee liqueur, and a velvety ice cream base to create one of our favorite textures on the list. You can add an Ole Smoky whiskey float in a variety of flavors, but this one is best straight up. The floating patio overlooking Elm Hill Marina is a great place to take in the scenery, but if you prefer AC, the interior is a lovably kitschy pirate theme.
