"If you want your wine with a side of rustic charm, this Ellijay vineyard is your spot. A sunny patio showcases uphill views of their grape vines. A hodgepodge of random furniture screams "sit wherever you like." And the piéce de résistance is their tasting barn—a rehabbed 1890 original structure that looks like the setting of a Hallmark movie. It’s inside here that you’ll find teeth-tinglingly sweet glasses of blush wines, extremely dry reds that leave your tongue feeling shriveled (in the best way), and a year-round Christmas wine with a burst of peppermint.
