"Kahuku, about an hour’s drive from Honolulu along the scenic windward coast, is practically synonymous with shrimp trucks: the smell of garlic signals you’re close. And Giovanni’s is arguably the best of them all. It’s permanently parked among other food trucks in a lot with a shaded area accommodating plastic picnic tables—you’ll know Giovanni’s instantly from the long lines.
