"Selam is a small Ethiopian grocery store and butcher shop in North Austin with a restaurant attached to it. There’s a big selection of vegetarian options that we like a lot—including the Ultimate Veggie Combo that’s basically a giant sampler platter—but the biggest strength here is beef, since it comes from the butcher side of the operation.
