"The menu at this casual place in Bed-Stuy is a mix of Latin food and American diner classics - so you’ll find tostones, yuca fries, and a really good Cuban rueben made with pastrami, pickles, Swiss cheese, and thick whole grain mustard on garlicky Cubano bread. We don’t know why more restaurants don’t make this sandwich - it’s great. There’s a bar up front and a greenhouse-like dining room in back, full of people on casual dates sharing bottles of natural orange wine. This is a useful addition to the neighborhood that’s ideal for date nights and eating at the bar." - Hannah Albertine
