"Atik, a Mediterranean restaurant on City Island in The Bronx, comes complete with parasols, outdoor couches, and a view of the Eastchester Bay. There’s a raw bar with things like hamachi tiradito, and larger plates include paella marinera and pork chops with fingerling potatoes.
