"Cuban guys is a Miami chain of fast casual Cuban restaurants that’s a dependable spot for good, fast, and affordable Cuban food—which also happens to be their slogan. They have one of the better fritas in Miami with the added advantage that it’s available after places like El Rey and El Mago close. They also do good versions of cubanos, medianoches, and a solid pan con bistec. If you want what an abuela may refer to as “real food,” you can also get a Cuban version of a burrito bowl with rice, black beans, and a protein like vaca frita.
