"Take the street-level elevator entrance down one floor to Downtown’s only subterranean steakhouse. The enclosed patio lets you eat to the backdrop of a cascading rock waterfall. Otherwise, the sea of white tablecloths in the main dining room is a fine consolation prize. Wherever you wind up, start with stiff martinis and our favorite appetizer—a single juicy chicken nugget topped with herby ranch and caviar. Wedge salads are huge and comforting, with enough bacon and blue cheese to render the vegetables obsolete.
