"Follow the red light that spills onto Tib Street in the heart of the Northern Quarter and escape the crowds by tucking into The Daisy, a basement cocktail bar that oozes with charm like the melted candelabra centerpiece on its bar. It’s all California cool: chequerboard floors, pleated lamps, and black and white art prints of hot people making out. With a live DJ in the corner, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to feel like they’ve had a night on the town but doesn’t have the stamina for a club anymore, or when you want your date to lean in closer and can blame it on the Kandy thumping on the speakers.
